Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor:
Our client’s talent acquisition team solves our hiring needs by applying industry best practices and their knowledge of the recruitment landscape to identify, assess and deliver top talent to our internal customers.  Our client’s Talent Acquisition team recruits for salaried positions including, but not limited to, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Accounting/Finance, HR.
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-touch and positive candidate experience, consistently branding our client in the marketplace; developing effective sourcing strategies / executing on those strategies; effectively phone screen candidates to ensure a strong candidate pool and ultimately a strong quality of hire; building talent pools/pipelines; and driving adherence and consistency in the recruitment and interview process to ensure a fair, consistent assessment and selection process. 

Required Skills for the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor:

  • Must have 3+ years’ experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Engineer and R&D ex: PC&A
    • Ex: finance roles, electrical engineer, supply chain analysts/managers, chemists, lab engineer, quality engineer’
