Position Overview:

  • Coordinate project tracking and reporting on communications campaigns such as email, direct mail, and local advertising.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments such as online and creative to ensure all teams are aware of our goals and prepared to coordinate content and communications within the planned schedule
  • Utilize call reporting dashboards to pull monthly reports for Marketing Analyst to update ROI data studio reports
  • Coordinate reporting of local lead generation activities in brand transition and analyze performance with brand transition team.
  • Coordinate customer-facing branch transition branding such as uniforms and truck wraps
  • Help research and vet new marketing vendors. Assist in onboarding the new vendors by ensuring they are added to the new vendor system for AP and Procurement.


Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Experience and/or knowledge of decentralized, route-based service industries is strongly desired; including National and Regional Marketing experience
  • Knowledge of brand management and marketing communications
  • Effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of software tools
  • Bachelors degree; concentration in Marketing or Communications
