Job Duties for the Executive Assistant:

  • Manage executive schedules, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and projects using Microsoft Office.
  • Establish and maintain filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
  • Handle incoming calls and prioritize large volumes of information.
  • Collaborate on special projects and serve as project manager for company events.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, timesheets, and leave requests.


Job Requirements for the Executive Assistant:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in a publicly traded company and supporting finance executives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with investors and board members.
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a typing speed of 80+ words per minute.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
