Job Details

IDR is seeking a Content Writer & eNewsletter Coordinator for a 100% remote opportunity for one of our clients. This will be a part time, 10 hours a week and an ongoing contract. If you meet the below requirements, please apply today!



  • Develop relationships with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) in order to gather content and updates for the monthly newsletter.
  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar.
  • Write compelling and informative articles tailored to our target audience in collaboration with SMEs.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Work with key stakeholders including the internal legal department to secure final approval on all content.
  • Utilize HubSpot to build the newsletter in coordination with our HubSpot administrator.
  • Manage the email distribution list and ensure accurate segmentation for targeted communication.
  • Schedule and deploy the monthly newsletter according to established timelines.



  • A minimum of 5 yrs experience in content creation, copywriting, and editing, preferably in a marketing or communications role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and others as needed to manage the approval process is imperative.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Need to be familiar with Google Suite (Gmail, Meets, Docs, etc.)
