IDR is actively seeking a Level III Technical Support Specialist to join one of our largest clients for an urgent need! This position is also 100% remote. Position Overview:

  • Manage and operate the storage and Virtual (VMware) infrastructure to uphold the delivery of the hosted services
  • Assist and provide global support of infrastructure operations incidents and issues
  • Remove and install any software, hardware, and other associated connections, using supplied installation tools and instructions
  • Utilize ServiceNow for issuing Incident Management processes and procedures

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of technical support experience
  • Experience using ticketing systems and VMware tools
  • Experience using Windows Server, Linux, and Cisco networking tools
  • Experience supporting, installing, and configuring infrastructure systems
