Position Overview for the ServiceNow Functional Consultant: 

  • Attend Agile ceremonies for project planning, review, and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Customize ServiceNow workflows and modules to align with business needs.
  • Manage change and risk within ServiceNow projects, ensuring smooth deployments.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and oversee deployment activities for successful project delivery.
Required Skills for the ServiceNow Functional Consultant:
  • Proficient in Agile project management methodologies, ensuring adaptability and continuous improvement throughout ServiceNow projects.
  • Extensive expertise in ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and workflow optimization to meet diverse business needs.
  • Strong capability in gathering and translating business process requirements into actionable ServiceNow solutions, leveraging user stories and effective documentation.
  • Skilled in change and risk management, adept at mitigating risks and managing changes seamlessly within ServiceNow projects to maintain project timelines and budgets.
