Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Service Account Coordinator:

  • Coordinate project timelines and activities for IT and low-voltage service projects.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Conduct site visits to assess low-voltage infrastructure and develop action plans.
  • Schedule and oversee break-fix/reactive service maintenance with technicians and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on project progress and maintenance activities to stakeholders.

Required Skills for the Service Account Coordinator:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of project coordinator or equivalent operations coordinator experience in IT / low-voltage service or Break-fix/Reactive Service Maintenance.
  • Low voltage working knowledge, including Wi-Fi, Structured Cabling, Analog, and Data Networking
  • Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals at all levels
