Job Duties for the Administrative Services Assistant:

  • Support office efficiency by providing clerical and administrative assistance.
  • Aid in project coordination and management.
  • Transcribe and disseminate meeting minutes and other vital documents.
  • Organize and oversee schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Execute data entry tasks utilizing diverse software programs.
  • Assist in planning and executing events.
  • Conduct research and compile necessary data.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents through proofreading.

 

Required Skills for the Administrative Services Assistant:

  • Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar capacity.
  • Proficient in office management systems and procedures.
  • Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to multitask effectively and thrive under pressure.
  • Familiarity with receptionist duties.
