Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Functional Analyst: 

  • Act as the main client liaison, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with Development and Testing teams to guide changes and fixes through the SDLC process.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements, analyzing business processes for enhancement opportunities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Integrated Eligibility, continuously learning and sharing insights.
  • Maintain project documentation and coordinate user acceptance testing.
  • Monitor track performance, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills for the Functional Analyst: 
  • Proficiency in Project Management
  • Comprehensive understanding of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong capability in Functional Requirements Gathering
  • Competent in Business Communications
  • Knowledge of Integrated Eligibility
