Associate Director of Financial Reporting

This position is a hybrid role in Boston, MA.

Position Overview for the Associate Director of Financial Reporting

  • Collaborate with external auditors to finalize the annual external audit plan.
  • Act as the main liaison for external auditors and serve as the subject matter expert in accounting and reporting for audits, associated engagements, and management.
  • Ensure robust control procedures are maintained across all facets of financial reporting and tax processes.
  • Engage in financial, operational, compliance, and technology audits, as well as consulting engagements as required.

Required Skills for the Associate Director of Financial Reporting:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from four-year college or university required
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
  • At least 7 years related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
