Position Overview for the QA Customer Support Technician:

  • Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution following company guidelines and requirements
  • Troubleshooting with clients via phone calls and responding to trouble tickets promptly.
  •  Works in a team setting, sharing information and assisting others with support calls
  • Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions

Preferred Skills for the QA Customer Support Technician:
  • 1+ years Manual QA Exp
  • Great communication Skills 
  • Automation testing (nice to have)
  • Bachelor's Degree
