Tier 2 Help Desk Analyst

*This position will be 50% work from home and 50% traveling to client sites in the Raleigh, NC area. Must be local to Raleigh!*


Position Overview for the Tier 2 Help Desk Analyst:

  • Provide superior technical support services to a wide range of clientele.
  • Assist End users remotely via phone and email, as well as in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for hardware, software., and peripheral equipment.
  • Monitor ticket queues and incoming requests and document and report findings/solutions.


Required Skills for the Tier 2 Help Desk Analyst:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in IT Help Desk/Technical Support
  • Prior Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience is a big plus!
  • Previous experience diagnosing and resolving issues related to computer networks, server operating systems, and Apple operating Systems.
  • Strong customer service and etiquette.
