IDR is seeking a SimCorp Manager to join one of our financial clients in Reston, VA. This position is a full-time opportunity and is able to be fully remote. Position Overview/Responsibilities of the SimCorp Manager

  • Lead development of design strategy for new products.
  • Manage the team's efforts on the implementation process for new products.
  • Manage a team responsible for the product lifecycle and ongoing maintenance.
  • Define product strategy that is in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and coach the resources in their team on accounting and SimCorp configuration.
Skills of the Financial SimCorp Manager
Minimum Required Experiences
  • 6 years of SimCorp experience
  • Advanced knowledge and work experience in Product Management, Accounting and SimCorp.
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Management experience
Desired Experiences
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • SimCorp Dimension
  • Skilled in SQL
  • Skilled in Excel
  • Experience using JIRA
