Position Overview/Responsibilities for Help Desk Support:

  • Triage & troubleshoot iincoming tickets
  • Perform initial support and analysis of the issue 
  • Create & assign tickets within the ticketing system

Required Skills for the Help Desk Support: 
  • 1+ years’ experience in help desk support
  • 1+ years’ experience with ServiceNow 
  • Experience with cloud-based telephony system
