Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Localization Business Analyst:

The Analyst, Property Platform Localization will support the customization of property management platforms to ensure full compliance with local legal requirements. This includes both the initial localization for new countries that Hilton enters, and the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of property management platforms in countries where Hilton already operates. You will act as an important liaison between the regional business teams and the global technology organization.

The Analyst, Property Platform Localization will work closely with regional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze legal requirements and translate these into functional requirements for the delivery team. You will participate in the software delivery process by supporting the engineering and testing teams in delivering solutions in line with the initial requirements.

Required Skills for the Localization Business Analyst:
  • 2+ years of Business/Localization Analyst experience within global/international companies
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements regarding localization efforts
  • Experience utilizing JIRA and/or Confluence as tracking tool
  • 2+ years of professional work experience in a multinational company
  • Experience with property management systems, i.e., Opera, OnQ PM, HotelKey
