Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Software Test Engineer:
Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements. Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies. Identify and investigate issues found during testing. Work closely with software developers and software quality analysts to resolve issues. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.
Required Skills for the Software Test Engineer:
- 5+ years of Manual QA experience within large corporate environments
- Must have experience with using automation tools to streamline the Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering processes and procedures
- Experience with: API testing software, Schema Definition, GraphQL Data Types, Queries & Mutations, Postman, API testing software
