IDR is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join one of our top clients. This position is hybrid in Columbus GA. If you are interested, please apply today!
Candidates must be local to Columbus, GA. This is a contract position open for W2 only. Please do not apply if you require sponsorship at any time.
Responsibilities Of The Accounts Payable Associate:
- Manages payments and oversees expenditure by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Ensures accuracy in processed work through verification of entries and comparison of system reports to balances.
- Allocates expenses to specific accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice and expense reports and recording corresponding entries.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in an Accounts Payable position
- Strong Excel skills- able to do Pivot Tables and Vlookups
- Previous Oracle experience or exposure is preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis and entry
