Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Flight Software Engineer:
- Design essential flight software, plan and execute the architecture of software/firmware solutions for effective system communication and coordination, aligning with mission CONOPS
- Develop and validate software to ensure adherence to system requirements
- Contribute to the overall system designed and development by offering insights and participating in key decision making processes from a software standpoint
- Extensive track record in developing embedded flight software, showcasing proficiency in C/C++, ARM Cortex processors, and embedded Linux
- Advanced knowledge of low level communication protocols for hard ware interfaces
- Proven experience in seamlessly integrating hardware actuators and sensors, couple with expertise in hardware in the loop development.
