IDR is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join one of our top clients in Brentwood, TN. This is a one-year W2 contract with the possibility to extend or convert, and it can be 100% remote. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. Business Analyst:
Elicit requirements from product managers and use them to create IT solutions
Create and update requirement artifacts
Lead JAD sessions
Provide senior leadership/mentorship to junior BAs on the team
Required Skills for the Payment Specialist:
5+ years of experience as a business analyst
Excellent communication skills
SDLC experience and understanding
Experience gathering and writing requirements
