Position Overview for the Product Support Analyst:
- Install and configure software systems
- Manage 24/7 batch job scheduling and auditing.
- Coordinate with Server team for migrations.
- Handle mainframe and web migrations for major releases.
- Document and escalate errors and customer questions.
Required Skills for the Product Support Analyst:
- Experience using WebSphere MQ and Message Broker, along with proficiency in WebLogic and SharePoint administration.
- Experience supporting software systems effectively.
- Strong experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience analyzing requirements, designing, developing, testing, and implementing complex software applications.
