Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst:
- Facilitating effective communication with the business to assess the delivered system capabilities. documenting them and conducting training sessions to familiarize the business with their usage
- Enhancing product features by recommending backlog items for usability improvement and creating user stories for the development team
- Streamlining business requirements into JIRA tickets, including Epics, User Stories, and Tasks, while also defining clear Acceptance Criteria.
- Strong eCommerce business analyst experience required with a preference for Shopify expertise
- Considerable experience with a product information management (PIM) system
- Agile methodologies and application development processes
- Exceptional writing skills for both requirements and technical documentation
