Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Program Manager:
- Translate the product roadmap and various functional plans into comprehensive and concrete project plans that include the delivery of digital products and on-property technology, operational change management initiatives, partner communications and product support
- Anticipate, identify and manage cross-functional dependencies and challenges that might put project plans at risk and navigate associated intake and demand governance processes across teams
- Communicate program plans and status to internal partners throughout the project lifecycle and support product teams in regular product communications
- Support product launches and scaled rollouts, partnering with operations, deployment and support teams to ensure quality execution of products according to plans
- 7+ years' experience as Program or Project Manager supporting multiple projects/initiatives in a large, matrixed environment
- Extensive experience managing digital product projects in enterprise environments
- Efficiency in Excel and experience with JIRA , Smartsheet, and/or Airtable is preferred
- PMP or relevant project management or Agile certification
