Position Overview for the Enrollment Representative:
- Patient Enrollment and data entry
- Verification of patient information and insurance details
- Maintain accurate documentation and cross referencing with insurance information.
- Adherence to privacy regulations and confidentiality
- Problem-solving and effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals
Required Skills for the Enrollment Representative :
- Strong Excel and Phone experience skills.
- Data entry and accuracy in record-keeping
- Attention to detail and ability to verify information
- Knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA)
