Job Details
IDR is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join one of our clients for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity. This position is fully remote but will require travel to Nashville, TN as needed. If you meet the below requirements, please apply today!
Responsibilities of the Senior Security Engineer include:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the security measures necessary to protect our systems, networks, and data.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, as well as provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Focusing on cloud security, vulnerability management, improving security operations.
- Respond to threats of others trying to get in, already in or remediating.
Required Skills of the Senior Security Engineer:
- Patch management
- Configuration management
- Azure Cloud
- Healthcare experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
