Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Pega Engineer:

  • Utilize Pega's Customer Decision Hub to develop and manage next best action decision strategies, leveraging components like Proposition Management, Predictive Analytics, Alert Designer, and Action & Offer Management.
  • Create and maintain treatment groups, classes, properties, and data elements within Pega, ensuring the effective use of decision components and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega CDH 8.8+, with a strong focus on decisioning and marketing, including REST services, data flow, campaigns, models, and Next Best Action (NBA).
  • Apply expert knowledge of the PegaRULES engine to architect and design Pega solutions, contributing to the effective utilization of Pega CDH in various locations as per the AM updates.
Required Skills for the Pega Engineer:              
  • Minimum 5 years with Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub)
  • Minimum 5 years in Decision Strategy Development 
  • Minimum 5 years in Data Element Management 
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
  • PegaRULES Engine Expertise
