Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Pega Engineer:
- Utilize Pega's Customer Decision Hub to develop and manage next best action decision strategies, leveraging components like Proposition Management, Predictive Analytics, Alert Designer, and Action & Offer Management.
- Create and maintain treatment groups, classes, properties, and data elements within Pega, ensuring the effective use of decision components and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega CDH 8.8+, with a strong focus on decisioning and marketing, including REST services, data flow, campaigns, models, and Next Best Action (NBA).
- Apply expert knowledge of the PegaRULES engine to architect and design Pega solutions, contributing to the effective utilization of Pega CDH in various locations as per the AM updates.
- Minimum 5 years with Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub)
- Minimum 5 years in Decision Strategy Development
- Minimum 5 years in Data Element Management
