Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Lead Desktop Engineer:
The Senior Lead Desktop Engineer will help lead the end user support team by being very hands on - lead by an example mindset. The landscape includes Windows and MacOS laptops, mobile devices, Hybrid AD and M365. You will be part of a close-knit IT team that is a critical partner and supporter of end users.
Required Skills for the Senior Lead Desktop Engineer:
- 5+ years of Desktop Engineer level 3 experience
- Hands on experience being a team lead of the Desktop/EUS team.
- Experience working in a Windows environment & AD.
- Hands on experience with IOS management (IOS support, iPhone support)
- Experience with imaging and process ticketing systems
