Responsibilities
- Coordinating insurance benefits
- Handling claims
- Taking phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Working within Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
Requirements
- Strong experience with coordinating insurance benefits and determining insurance relationships
- Excellent root cause analysis skills
- Effective communication skills
- Starter who will thrive in a collaborative environment where all members are hands-on and have a voice in business decisions
