IDR is seeking a Solution Architect to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and initial implementation of an enterprise knowledge graph solution, partnering closely with technical and business stakeholders. You’ll join a large, industry-leading organization in the consulting/professional services space, supporting complex data and analytics initiatives at scale.
Position Overview for the Solution Architect:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical direction for an enterprise knowledge graph initiative
- Design graph data models, ontologies, and contextual data layers aligned to business needs
- Contribute hands-on to building and productionizing the initial implementation
- Evaluate and recommend graph technologies (e.g., Amazon Neptune, Neo4j) within an AWS-oriented environment
- Provide technical leadership through standards, best practices, and scalable implementation roadmaps
Requirements for the Solution Architect:
- Senior-level solution architecture experience with deep expertise in knowledge graphs and graph data modeling
- Proven experience designing and implementing ontologies and/or contextual data layers in production environments
- Hands-on engineering experience developing and supporting graph-based solutions through deployment
- Experience evaluating and working with graph platforms such as Amazon Neptune and/or Neo4j, including architectural trade-offs
- Strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills with the ability to drive decisions and challenge assumptions constructively
