IDR is seeking a Sr Analyst – Talent Insights to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in data analytics, visualization, and talent insights, supporting strategic HR and business decisions through advanced reporting and analytics solutions. The organization is a leader in the industry, focusing on leveraging data to optimize workforce strategies.
Position Overview for the Sr Analyst- Talent Insights:
- Leverage data, analytics, and predictive modeling to deliver actionable workforce insights.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop dashboards, advanced analytics, and self-service reporting solutions.
- Use tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Power BI to create impactful data visualizations.
- Lead high-impact analytics initiatives to enhance talent strategies and improve business outcomes.
- Translate complex data into compelling stories that inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements for the Sr Associate – Talent Insights:
- 3+ years using data transformation tools such as Alteryx.
- 3+ years in using SQL to query large datasets.
- 2+ years of solutioning, preparing, and visualizing data for non-technical stakeholders using Power BI (report creation, DAX, power query, and data modeling).
- Experience using RStudio or Python for automation or data processing such as statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
