IDR is seeking a Business Unit Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is integral to supporting healthcare operations through system enhancements and data management initiatives. By working closely with various business units and technical teams, the analyst will ensure that operational needs are accurately captured and integrated into system improvements.
Position Overview for the Business Unit Analyst:
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to gather, analyze, and validate system requirements.
- Support the implementation and ongoing integration of healthcare data systems to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance activities, and training to ensure successful system deployment.
- Promote continuous process improvement and effective communication between technical and business teams.
- Manage work items through Agile tools and facilitate stakeholder meetings to prioritize enhancements.
Requirements for the Business Unit Analyst:
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools
- Experience with healthcare information systems, hospital workflows, or health IT integrations
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
