At this time, we are only able to consider candidates who can be employed directly on a W-2 basis. C2C, 1099, and third-party vendor arrangements are not available for this position.

Position Overview for the Sr DevSecOps Engineer:

  • Drive security practices within the application engineering team, emphasizing automation, controls, and threat-awareness.
  • Recognize and embed security across all stages of the application delivery lifecycle.
  • Improve engineering team efficiency by integrating security-focused solutions into pipelines, deployments, and platforms.
  • Own the entire lifecycle management of production systems, from design to incident response.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security and operational practices.

Required Skills for the Sr DevSecOps Engineer: 

  • Extensive background in software development, including experience with languages such as Java, .NET/C#, Python, Node.js, etc.
  • Several years of experience working in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering environments, with a focus on integrating security practices.
  • Proven ability to manage production systems throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and incident management.
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce continuous integration and deployment processes, including implementing automated testing and maintaining code coverage standards (experience with GearSet is a plus).
  • Experience Amazon Web Services (AWS) components like IAM, VPC, KMS, CloudTrail, and related services, along with experience automating infrastructure using tools like Terraform.
