IDR is seeking a Time & Labor Analyst to join one of our top clients. In this role, you will support the administration and optimization of time & labor functionality within a Deltek Costpoint environment, partnering across Payroll, HR, Finance, Operations, and IT to keep processes running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in reducing reliance on institutional knowledge by driving clear documentation, standard operating procedures, and a sustainable knowledge base.
Position Overview for the Time & Labor Analyst:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration for Deltek Costpoint Time & Labor
- Support entitlement administration, including employee leave and holiday calendar maintenance
- Resolve operational issues through a case management or ticketing platform in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Maintain and enhance process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge repository content
Requirements for the Time & Labor Analyst:
- 3+ years of Deltek Costpoint Time & Labor experience
- Experience with business requirements gathering and system configuration
- Experience administering leave plans, labor charging, and holiday calendars
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Experience working within case management or ticketing systems
