IDR is seeking a Practice Manager (Data Center Service Delivery) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role is centered around managing the delivery of data center and IT infrastructure projects within the professional services sector. The company specializes in providing innovative data center solutions and services to support business growth and operational excellence.
Position Overview for the Practice Manager (Data Center Service Delivery):
- The Practice Manager will oversee a team of project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Responsible for commercial and contractual management, aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, service delivery, and service development teams to maintain and enhance practice capabilities.
- Lead efforts to develop standardized, competitive service offerings to support growth initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership and stakeholder collaboration internally and with clients and vendors to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements for the Practice Manager (Data Center Service Delivery):
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Recent experience leading large-scale IT infrastructure project delivery on a workplace platform within a professional service environment.
- Proven ability to apply governance and control measures to oversee project delivery and ensure success.
- Demonstrable experience in developing individuals and teams, with a passion for talent enhancement.
- Innovative leadership skills, with a focus on improving operational outcomes and team performance.
