IDR is seeking a ServiceNow University Consultant – LATAM to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in San Francisco, CA. This role involves leading regional ServiceNow University initiatives across Latin America within a technology-focused organization that emphasizes training, enterprise solutions, and customer success. The position offers a flexible, part-time (30 hours/week) engagement that supports global and regional ServiceNow program delivery.
Position Overview for the ServiceNow University Consultant – LATAM:
- Serve as the primary ServiceNow University consultant and program lead for Latin America, ensuring regional alignment of initiatives
- Coordinate and lead SNU consultant activities, programs, and regional initiatives, acting as a key point of connection between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Provide training consultations to enterprise customers to optimize their use of the SNU platform and offerings
- Develop and maintain customer training adoption plans aligned to regional objectives and maturity levels
- Support internal initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale SNU programs within the Latin American region
Requirements for the ServiceNow University Consultant – LATAM:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise consulting, account management, solution consulting, or training program leadership
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate business challenges into practical skilling strategies
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise-level learning or change initiatives
- Fluent Portuguese and English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including customer leadership and internal regional teams
