IDR is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Plano, Texas. This role involves providing exceptional customer service for a utility company, interacting with commercial customers via multiple channels, and resolving inquiries efficiently. The company operates within the energy sector, focusing on delivering quality services to its clients.
Position Overview for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial customers via phone, email, fax, internet, and mail.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Promote the company’s products and services while resolving billing issues and negotiating payment options.
- Interface effectively with internal teams and external customers, utilizing various system resources.
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism and conduct outbound calls as needed.
Requirements for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, required for the bilingual position.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; basic math and English skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a calm, patient demeanor.
- Basic PC skills, including typing and using Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to multitask by talking and typing simultaneously.
