IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports the full lifecycle of recruiting, focusing on attracting, assessing, and closing high-quality candidates within an innovative, global organization committed to excellence in the healthcare industry.
Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Provide market insights and guidance to influence hiring strategies and timelines.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels to generate qualified candidate pipelines.
- Screen and assess candidates for skills fit, role requirements, and cultural alignment.
- Manage interview workflows, candidate engagement, and offer negotiations to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- 2+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting (Talent Advisor / Talent Partner style role).
- Demonstrated experience operating as a a consultative advisor driving recruiting process execution and outcomes.
- Strong capability in sourcing techniques (proactive outreach and pipeline building).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (ability to build credibility quickly with hiring managers and candidates).
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
