Position Overview/Responsibilities for the QA Engineer:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality strategies at the team level.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, maintaining test cases and ensuring thorough testing processes.
  • Manage the defect database, ensuring issues are effectively triaged, tracked, and resolved.
  • Coordinate with external QA partners to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Communicate test status, coverage, and risks to stakeholders clearly and consistently.

Required Skills for QA Engineer:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software QA or related fields.
  • Proficiency in testing service-based or distributed systems and web front ends.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in creating test plans.
  • Familiarity with Jira Service Management Cloud and basic knowledge of continuous integration and version control tools.
  • ISTQB Foundation Level Certification.
