IDR is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Downers Grove, IL. This contract role involves supporting strategic initiatives within the Private Credit industry, focusing on bank loans and related systems, with a hybrid onsite schedule. The position offers a chance to work with a leading organization on essential business processes and technology implementations.
Position Overview for the Business Analyst:
- Support and document detailed business requirements for Front Office, Middle Office, and Data/Operations teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and ensure alignment across various business units.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and ad hoc requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with business-as-usual activities, including validation of test cases and operational handoffs.
- Support testing phases by validating use cases and documenting outcomes to ensure seamless implementation.
Requirements for the Business Analyst:
- Proven experience in Private Credit, specifically in bank loans.
- Familiarity with Allvue Everest and Wall Street Office (WSO) systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting business testing and BAU coverage.
