IDR is seeking a dedicated and skilled InfinityView Support Analyst to join one of our top clients in a remote setting. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the InfinityView Support Analyst:

– Provide technical support for the InfinityView application, a general medical image viewer for patient care
– Utilize SQL, data warehousing, and high-level programming languages such as Java and Python
– Develop dashboards with Splunk
– Work independently to accomplish responsibilities with initiative
– This is a 12-month contract position
– Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, including one year of technical experience, or an Associate’s degree and seven years of experience, including one year of technical experience, are required

Required Skills for InfinityView Support Analyst:

– Strong technical background, including experience with SQL, data warehousing, and high-level programming languages such as Java and Python
– Experience with system support and a strong customer focus
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
– Experience in IT support in a healthcare setting, preferably with the InfinityView application
