Project Manager 

  • Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
  • Location: Alpharetta, GA 
  • C2C Pay Rate: $55.00

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile project delivery efforts, driving execution and accountability across multiple workstreams.

  • Coach and mentor Scrum teams to foster high performance, proactively identifying and mitigating impediments.

  • Develop and continuously improve project processes and application development standards in collaboration with partner teams.

  • Serve as a thought leader to senior management, offering recommendations based on best practices and global delivery experience.

  • Ensure transparency by providing regular updates on portfolio status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.

  • Manage and maintain a centralized body of knowledge, ensuring all project-related documentation is easily accessible.

  • Facilitate effective communication across management and stakeholders, offering insights to optimize business operations and capacity planning.

  • Oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects, resolving conflicts and ensuring adherence to timelines.

  • Utilize Agile lifecycle and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) for planning, tracking, and reporting.

  • Conduct stakeholder meetings to define requirements, status updates, and risk mitigation planning.

  • Analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide tactical and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, Change Management modules).

  • Strong background in financial services or banking technology projects.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Proficiency with Agile project tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Wealth Management, Banking applications, or related domains is a strong plus.

  • Ability to manage remote/global teams and navigate cross-functional, multicultural environments.
