Position Overview for the Lease Administration Specialist:

The Lease Administration Specialist will support the Real Estate Team by receiving and processing documents, reviewing agreements prior to executive signature, and entering key lease data into the company’s lease administration system. This role is essential in ensuring timely landlord payments and identifying actionable lease terms and conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process, and track both paper and electronic lease-related documents and mail

  • Review agreements for completeness before routing for executive signatures

  • Extract and enter critical data points into lease administration tools

  • Ensure lease obligations are met, including accurate payment scheduling and identifying key terms

  • Communicate lease requirements clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders

  • Support overall lease compliance and documentation accuracy


Required Skills for the Lease Administration Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years’ equivalent experience in lease administration, accounting, bookkeeping, or real estate

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • High attention to detail and excellent follow-through on tasks

  • Ability to prioritize and manage large volumes of work with shifting priorities

  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and research skills

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Telecommunication industry experience is a plus, but not required
