Immediate and long-term opportunity to join industry leading company in the North Dallas area as a Messaging Platform Engineer to work on next gen high-throughput messaging infrastructure using RabbitMQ, AWS, Kafka, and event-driven microservices.
*This role will require onsite work on a hybrid basis in the North Dallas area*
Overview – Messaging Platform Engineer:
This position will be working closely with other architects, engineers, and developers to implement and maintain a global messaging framework. This framework will be built on RabbitMQ technologies, and will serve as the standard transport for events, messages, and other types of data.
Required Skills for the Messaging Platform Engineer:
- 4+ years of experience with Messaging / Asynchronous technologies, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS
- Strong experience with Amazon SNS and Amazon SQS
- 2+ years experience with / and documenting APIs such as AsyncAPI & REST
- Experience with full CI/CD stacks and tools (Github, Jenkins, Docker, K8s, Vault, Ansible)
- Experience with IAM platforms and implementations such as Keycloak, Ory, etc
