Position Overview / Day to Day Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service at the walkup service desk to quickly resolve incidents and expedite request fulfillment. Your day-to-day tasks will include offering remote support via phone using remote desktop tools, assisting employees with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, and supporting desktop software for corporate laptops. You will also be responsible for organizing tickets, independently troubleshooting issues, and managing the onboarding and offboarding process, including provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts and application access. Additionally, you will document and resolve tickets promptly, interact with vendor support for technical problems, and create and maintain internal IT knowledge base articles and end-user documentation.

Top Skills:

  • 1+ year of experience working in an IT Service Desk/Help Desk Analyst role
  • 1+ year of experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • 1+ years’ experience with Intune for Endpoint Services/Management (Windows or Mac)
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications and administering Office 365 accounts.
