Marketing Campaign Analyst (Remote, Contract Position)
IDR is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Analyst to join one of our top clients in the digital experience space. This remote, contract role offers the opportunity to work on advanced marketing initiatives, leveraging data, platforms, and automation tools to drive personalized customer engagement. Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Marketing Campaign Analyst:

  • Serve as a strategic partner on a 12-month contract, supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze large data sets—structured and unstructured—to generate insights that optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data, and business teams to translate campaign goals into actionable data strategies.
  • Use digital experience platforms such as CDPs, CRMs, marketing automation, and journey orchestration tools to support audience targeting and engagement.
  • Create and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and campaign performance summaries.
  • Support the development of predictive models, including next best action, customer lifetime value, and churn prediction.
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment that emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills for Marketing Campaign Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or a closely related area.
  • Experience analyzing large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Proficiency in tools/platforms like Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint, or similar.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
  • Experience using Tableau, Denodo, and/or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with predictive modeling in marketing, such as next best action or churn prediction.

Compensation Details:
